1. Controller

Invinity B.V. (KvK 42105979), registered in the Netherlands, is the data controller for shopcrawl.ai. Contact: hello@shopcrawl.ai.

2. What we store, and why

When you run a scan we store:

• The store URL(s) you submit (including an optional competitor URL) — to run the scan;
• Your email address — to send you the results link, purchased reports, and (if subscribed) monthly monitoring emails;
• Scan results — the technical findings and sampled AI answers that make up your report.

Legal basis: performance of the service you requested (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Scan records are automatically deleted after 90 days, unless kept alive by an active monitoring subscription. Payment data is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Scanned websites

Our scanner reads publicly accessible pages (homepage, robots.txt, llms.txt, agents.md, one product page), identifies itself as ShopCrawlBot, and respects rate limits. We store only the findings needed for the report.

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via hello@shopcrawl.ai — deletion requests are honored within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
