1. Who we are

ShopCrawl is a product of Invinity B.V., registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42105979) ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@shopcrawl.ai.

2. The service

ShopCrawl produces automated agent-readiness reports for online stores: technical checks of a store you specify, samples of AI-assistant answers to shopping questions, an optional competitor comparison, a written assessment, and (as a subscription) monthly re-scans with email alerts. Results are a directional, point-in-time measurement: AI assistant answers vary between runs, and we make no promises about rankings, citations, or commercial outcomes.

You may only scan stores you own or are authorized to analyze, plus publicly accessible competitor sites for benchmarking. We may refuse or rate-limit scans to prevent abuse.

3. Payment, delivery and withdrawal

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe; applicable VAT is handled at payment. The full report is a digital service delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal once the report has been delivered (art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code / EU Consumer Rights Directive). The monitoring subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

If a report fails to generate or is materially defective, contact us and we will re-run it or refund the purchase.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you take based on a report, for the content of third-party AI answers we quote, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence.

5. Fair use and content

Reports are for your internal business use and may be shared within your organization. Don't resell reports as your own service, and don't use ShopCrawl to harass competitors or overload third-party sites — our scanner is rate-limited and identifies itself honestly.

6. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
